If you are interested in Australia’s historic, natural and Aboriginal heritage you might consider becoming a trustee of our shared cultural history by volunteering at a Museum or a local historical society.

As a Volunteer with an historical society or group you might take on any of a wide variety of roles; cataloging historical items, installing displays of museum items, researching history, archiving records, providing information to visitors or keeping the gardens looking great.

Search here for current roles in our local historical societies or join to volunteer with your nearest  local history group or Museum .
