Family Life takes a whole-of-family, whole-of-community approach, to build resiliency and healthy relationships for vibrant, connected, supportive communities.

Early adopters of social enterprise, for many years we have supported disadvantaged youth into employment through our Op Shop social enterprises and Peopleworx program. The Creating Capable Communities strength based programs include our proven Community Bubs program and Creating Capable Leaders. Other programs & services include work with families affected by complex issues such as child abuse & neglect, family violence, mental illness, homelessness & social isolation; Family Relationship & Dispute Resolution Services, parent education, specialist support for children with parents separating and/or in conflict and SHINE Children’s Mental Health Program.

The Frankston and Mornington Peninsula Multiple Birth Association (FPMBA) is a non-profit organisation with a volunteer
committee, established to provide support for parents of multiple birth children (twins, triplets or more!). Our
club provides a range of services for local parents and families with multiples such as subsidised playgroups
in conjunction with Chisholm TAFE, a resource library, low cost equipment hire, in home support such as
companionship and meals for families with new multiple babies and social meetings and functions.

The Mornington Peninsula Koala conservation group aims to raise awareness of the challenges koalas face on the Mornington Peninsula. We will assess the current population size and key locations and will identify and implement initiatives to reverse the decline and securing the future of the local koala population. The group will work with authorities, other Landcare groups in the MP Landcare Network and private landholders to improve habitat and reduce key threats to koalas.
