3934 Beach Patrol is a community organisation run by volunteers who conduct beach clean ups at Mt Martha beach on the last Sunday of each month at 9 am. All rubbish collected is sorted and weighed to contribute to data collected by Beach Patrol Victoria. Clean ups are generally held from Mt Martha Life Saving Club. Balcombe and Moorooduc Landcare Group is a friendly and dynamic group on the Mornington Peninsula. The group is composed of community-minded volunteers from a range of backgrounds, whose aim is to improve the local environment by:
– Preserving local flora and fauna
– Promoting sustainable agriculture
– Controlling feral animals
– Controlling weeds
It is envisioned that the work being undertaken will help conserve our native wildlife.

The Bel Canto Choir is a female voice community choir based on the Mornington Peninsula who perform works in a variety of styles from Classical to Gospel and Blues. Three major concerts are staged each year, each one different from the last, professionally managed by founder/conductor Margaret Brown.
